Our Warranty Policy

We craft each piece of our gemstone jewellery with immense care and dedication, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality. If you ever feel that your item isn’t perfect, please reach out to us right away.

Covered Defects: This warranty covers any issues with clasps or string breakage that aren’t caused by misuse or mishandling.

Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Our Return & Refund Policy

Your delight with our jewellery is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of your purchase.

Conditions for Return: Items must be unworn, in the pristine condition you received them, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Returns Due to Defective or Damaged Products

While we can’t control every part of the shipping process, if your jewellery arrives damaged, please get in touch immediately. We may ask for photos to understand the issue better and will ensure you receive a replacement or refund, depending on what you prefer.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes, a piece may not be what you expected. If you change your mind, we accept returns within the return period as long as the product is in its original, untouched condition and packaging. Please understand that we must insist on these conditions because each piece must remain in a sellable condition. Once the amber is worn against the skin, it begins to release the natural oils from within and this irreversibly changes the amber.

Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of each amber gemstone through AGbA® Amber’s certification process. Every piece of completed jewellery comes with a unique, traceable authenticity number. You can verify the legitimacy of your item at any time at www.agbaamber.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll inform you if your return is approved. If it is, you’ll see the refund credited to your original payment method shortly thereafter. Please remember that processing times can vary between payment providers.
